1:1  Homebody Yoga Sessions

Homebody Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice, helping you learn to care for your body, helping you feel more at peace, at home, in yourself. In 1 on 1 sessions, we will work together to find the best ways to support you - by fostering a more grounded state of being for you, by bringing curiosity and care to your nervous system, by attuning to your body, and soothing your mind. Get in touch and we'll set up a complementary discovery call to get to know one another and see if this is a good fit!

1:1 Cycle Health Mentorship

Wherever you are at in your Cycle Health journey, I'd love to help support you. Maybe you are beginner ready to dig in, or maybe working towards getting off of Hormonal Birth Control, or maybe you're a more seasoned cycle tracker seeking more ways to attune to yourself and sync with your hormonal cycles. Homebody Yoga

A weekly offering to my community, hosted with Balience Wellness:
A gentle and relaxing, all-levels class, focused on replenishing the body and relaxing the mind. This class brings awareness to unwinding the nervous system, stilling the mind, attuning to the body, and soothing the soul. We will incorporate gentle movement, restorative practices, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga nidra, and time for self-study.

Healing:
An intro to Cycle Health

This 4 week introduction course dives into the menstrual cycle - not just our periods, but all 4 phases of the cycle. We will start with the basics and build from there, covering birth control, fertility, and whole body health, whole body nurturing, and discover how wonderful and beneficial living cyclically with our bodies can be. 

Though we often don't know it, we have so much power as women to take control of our own bodies, to truly know and care for our bodies.

You have the power to make choices that are good for you and your body.
